The shipping method we most commonly use is electronic delivery.

If you prefer to have standard ground shipping there will be an additional charge depending on your chosen form of delivery times.

Any international orders will need to be pre-approved for delivery and shipment to your chosen country. We always look for the quickest and most efficient resolution to all shipping and delivery situations, please understand we put the customers’ needs first.

However, sometimes delivery and shipping can be delayed due to no-fault of our own.

Refund/Return Policy

Due to the nature of digital distribution of active license codes, 4 Spiders Inc. cannot offer refunds or exchanges for products once delivered and the activation/license key has been viewed. All licensing sales are final.

You may request a refund if you have not yet retrieved the activation/license key from our system. If you have already retrieved the activation/license key, NO REFUNDS will be granted. Please make sure the software works on your system before retrieving the activation/license key.
